On Friday, May 29, from 6 p.m. EST to 10 p.m. EST, maintenance will be performed on the Boston network. At the start of the window, users on the Boston campus should expect a complete network outage of up to one hour, followed by potential intermittent outages throughout the remainder of the window. Impacted services include wired and wireless internet and campus phones.
Off-campus and remote users will not be impacted.
On-campus users who need access to internal systems during the window can connect to the VPN, using their cell phone as a hotspot.
ECPD will remain available at 617-578-8888; always call 911 in the event of an emergency. If on campus during the maintenance window, as a contingency, ensure that your cell phone is fully charged.
