We are now seeing text and phone call logins work successfully. Duo's status page is reporting the same.
Additionally, Duo Mobile/Push users were being prompted to put in a "verify" code every time they logged in with Duo Push, so it was not remembering user logins. We are seeing that fixed now as well, in which the users are not getting prompted for a "verify" code every time and Duo is remembering their browser.
You can begin using your normal authentication methods (call/text/Duo Push) again at any time.
We will continue monitoring Duo's status page for any other news. For any additional help, please email helpdesk@emerson.edu.

Identified
Duo has posted on their status page that they have identified the issue and are working on a fix.
We have confirmed that the issue is limited to users who log into Duo with text or phone call. Users who use Duo Push have been able to log in normally throughout the incident.
We have emailed the campus for workaround instructions.

Investigating
We are receiving reports from some users that they are unable to log into services with Duo. Some are being prompted to log in with bypass codes. We have helped some users but others are still receiving errors.
We believe there is a service problem with Duo itself and are investigating. Please stand by while we collect more information. We will be in contact as soon as there's a confirmed solution.
